Price for photo time is $75.00 for up to each hour and 40 cent a mile for gas. This includes 2 free edited 8 by 10's or 12's of your photo session. If you want more photos then the price will depend on which sizes, types, and for the purpose involved.

If you are unhappy with your prints, gifts, or downloads, SmugMug, the company that provides all the services on this site and that you place your orders online through, will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Simply email Smugmug within 30 days of receiving your order and everything will be taken care of. On top of the 30 day guarantee return policy the Smugmug offers, Bevin will personally also offer 2 free 8 x 10 prints if your order arrived damaged in anyway once you've received it, if you contact Bevin within the first 30 days of receipt of your damaged item.

Here is all you have to do. First, contact Smugmug to let them know about the problem so they can resolve the original problem and correct the defected photo. Then, contact Bevin. You may either scan the photo or take a picture of it and email it to her as an attachment so she can see the defect. Or you can mail it to PO Box 773346, Ocala, Fl 34477 so she can see the damaged item.

Include your name and mailing address so she will know where to send the 2 photos. Also, include the names or the numbers that represent the photos you would like to receive so she will know which 2 8 x 10 photos you would like her to send you. If you send the damaged goods by snail mail it would be helpful to include an email address or phone number so she can contact you directly and let you know she has received the damaged item and when you can expect your 2 free photos. Now that's "360 degree customer service" you can count on.
